Melanie Stallone

Melanie Stallone represents individuals and institutions in all of the firm’s practice areas. Her expertise includes representation of clients at all stages of government investigations and in matters involving state and federal criminal allegations. Ms. Stallone also represents clients involved in complex civil litigation, including employment, business, and higher education matters.
Ms. Stallone graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in May of 2022. As a law student, she was an Article Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review, Fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, and Teaching Assistant to first-year legal writing students. In 2020, Ms. Stallone also co-founded the Suffolk University First Generation Law Student Association (“FirstGen”) and served as the Association’s Vice President.
Throughout law school, Ms. Stallone worked as a Student Attorney for the Suffolk Law Innocence Clinic, where she represented incarcerated clients in achieving exonerations following their wrongful convictions. She also clerked for a Boston-based law firm, where she assisted clients on a variety of employment matters, including discrimination allegations and violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act.
After law school and prior to joining Cloherty & Steinberg LLP, Ms. Stallone was a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph E. Amirata of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
