Alexandra Arnold
Associate
Alexandra Arnold represents individuals and institutions in all of the firm’s practice areas. Her work includes representation of clients in complex business disputes and employment matters, as well as the representation of clients involved in government investigations, internal investigations, and state and federal criminal proceedings. Ms. Arnold’s practice also includes the representation of colleges and universities in a range of matters, including Title IX-related litigation.
Prior to joining Cloherty & Steinberg LLP, Ms. Arnold was the Paradise-Fisher Fellow at the ACLU of Massachusetts, where her legal work focused on litigation involving a range of civil rights and civil liberties issues, including free expression, reproductive rights, and incarcerated individuals’ right to adequate medical care.
Before working at the ACLU, Ms. Arnold served as a law clerk for the Honorable Indira Talwani in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph D. Gants of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Ms. Arnold was a strategy consultant to the biopharmaceutical industry prior to law school.
